Gene is an estate-planning and probate attorney with deep roots in La Mirada. He does not hand clients off to a rotating team. He listens, asks practical questions, and explains the choices in everyday language so families can move forward with clarity.

Faith, service, and presence

Gene also serves as a deacon in the local Catholic community. He was ordained in 2016 and has been involved in ministries centered on bereavement, food assistance, fellowship, and care for people facing difficult seasons of life.

His ministry is part of a larger commitment to show up, listen carefully, and help people find a workable path through uncertainty. On this website, that service is not offered as a slogan or a promise about outcomes. It is context for the patient, grounded way Gene works with clients.

Tell Gene what’s happening

You do not need to prepare a legal explanation. Begin with your family, your property, the documents you already have, and the questions that brought you in.

Understand your choices

Gene explains which documents or proceedings may apply, what each option accomplishes, and where important tradeoffs exist.

Leave with a practical next step

Whether you are creating a plan or administering an estate, you should know what happens next, what Gene will handle, and what information or decisions are needed from you.

If you are ready to create a plan, update an older one, or understand your responsibilities after a loved one’s death, schedule a consultation with Gene.

Gene helps La Mirada families with estate planning, living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and health care directives, and probate and trust administration. Read Gene’s answers to common questions, or schedule a consultation.
